Dear Owners,

We circulated a notice for 1st AGM and our appeal to all members thru notice board, whatsapp group (created by VME) and e-mail to the contacts we had which is again attached here for new members we added recently

With reference to our earlier communication regarding AGM meeting, we would like to inform you that the meeting will be completely online on the said date 01st May 2021, considering covid-19 pandemic situation & complete lock down on the said date. 

Invitation link will be sent 1 hour before the meeting.

The meeting venue - Will be online in Zoom app from the comfort of home ( Request all to download & install Zoom app)

Time - 5.00PM , Duration - 1.0 Hours , will have a break in between

1.       High tea with Know each other, Get together- Cancelled

2.       Introduction of Association Executive Committee Members

3.       So far happened- summary

4.       Bylaw- Key points & highlights

5.       Process of taking over, pending issues, Concerns(added)

6.       Closing & summary

7.       Dinner (If possible- subject to minimum head count for feasibility)- Cancelled
