Venue- Multipurpose Hall (Subject to availability as some modernisation work is going on, will be intimated in case of change of venue)

Time – 05.00 PM, Duration 1.5 hour

4.       Bylaw- Key points & highlights

5.       Process of taking over, pending issues

7.       Dinner (If possible- subject to minimum head count for feasibility)

·         As association doesn’t have any fund right now the expenses will be managed by volunteers pool fund and later will be regularized
