Basic, Membership & Fees
- Requested for association office from VME on 01st April and we are yet to receive
response. Meanwhile, we are informing all authorities, doing fundamental requirements like applying for PAN, organizing stationaries ..etc. - Made a local fund pool with residing residents to meet our initial expenses and managing. Setting up SOPs, local procedures, membership forms..etc. Submitting our association formation letter to local authorities, police station..etc
- Many police interrogation, cheating cases were faced by owners & trouble in vacating the flat who let out without doing police verification and not submitting proper documents & hence it is mandatory to submit Rental agreement
- All owners who bought flats in this apartment will become member by default on paying Rs 1000 non transferable payment along with necessary documents
- Maintenance is fixed as Rs 2/square feet now as we didn't have any transparency in VME accounting in the past. It will be examined in future after taking over and will be reduced based on expenditures if viable
- Maintenance Fees will be collected only after basic taking over from VME formally, request all to pay VME account till further notice.
- All members are about to adhere with Bylaw
- We planned to take control of Gate , Security , Visitors as that is the prime area which can eliminate major issues
- Unwarranted arguments with security, Unauthorized entry into premises, Many police interrogation, cheating cases were faced by owners & trouble in vacating the flat who let out without doing police verification and not submitting proper documents
- Illegal commercial operators bringing many unauthorized visitors in off time, quarrelling with security without any identity , permission, logic
- It is mandatory to submit Rental agreement and police verification form
- Adhere to all security protocols & SOPs which will be intimated on taking control
- Do not argue & create conflict with securities as they are working for us. If you find anything wrong, inform our team

Questions on Membership form
Q.1 - What are all the documents to attach?
Ans- Sale deed first 2 pages which includes your name ( Avoid backside of agreement page as it will have your PAN..etc) & Aadhar card copy your identification
Q.2 - Why do you want the below details
Volunteer - Ans : In order to include in committee, sub-committee, representations on behalf of our community
Marriage date- Ans: In order to wish from association side. Need not to be shared if not interested
Blood donor- Ans : In order to take help of the donor whenever required
Voter ID, Ration card status- Ans: If you are residing owner and you don't have such, we will inform when such drive happens from Government side & Panchayat
Q3 - What will happen after I submit my form & fees
Ans - You will receive a copy of By law, your membership number for reference and other membership cards as provided by the builder to the association
